for both. Our collective experience as trailblazers in the student insurance industry epitomizes that we set the industry benchmark and standard for post secondary college and university student plans.

For almost three decades, we have dedicated our lives to cultivating strong partnerships with educational institutions and student associations to support their initiatives on and off-campus for each student member under their care through purposing a student health and dental plan.

We are a technology-driven, results based, consulting company that takes a revolutionary approach to student insurance plans. Over so many years of providing student insurance plans, we have applied forward-thinking strategies, always in the best interest of our students.

We have provided innovative and strategic solutions serving our institution’s precise financial and administration requirements, meeting identified objectives through collaborative efforts. Throughout all our efforts, we continue to maintain quality student insurance programs within a responsible financial framework.

We used best practices to understand the student market through use of data analytics and performed industry benchmarking of student products to establish the appropriate base that makes use the experts we are today. The positive result is expertise and understanding of how to provide a successful student insurance program that is enhanced contractually, financially competitive and geared towards making life simple and easy for the client and the student member.
Leveraging digital initiatives
We focus on leveraging digital solutions, advanced analytics and market strength to improve access to health and dental care services for post secondary students in Ghana. Our aim is to enhance areas like infrastructure, access, health and dental network systems, provision of mental health and wellness resources and support for students. We build solid relationships with the carriers to produce affordable, accessible, and much-needed health and dental benefits.

Through our own independent product initiative, we develop wellness programs, recognizing that the mental health of a student is as of the same importance as a student’s physical well-being. Our wellness resources and programs empower students to navigate life in a confident and balanced approach.

Isaac Koumessina
President
Isaac Koumessina comes with twenty-five years of extensive experience as an independent change agent who thrives on venturing into unchartered territory, carving new inroads through complex industry landscapes. His portfolio reflects strong capabilities and expertise in moving organizations forward and building businesses to their fullest potential through a strategic approach and an unwavering commitment to success. His key strengths are in communications and public relations with a focus on arbitration, negotiation, and plan management. He has developed global business knowledge through education and employment in Africa and North America. His skill set and education are diverse, encompassing financial, business management and public / governmental acumen in Ghana, across Africa, and currently in the Republic of Abkhazia. In his role as President, Isaac will be ultimately accountable for the development and mainframe building of the organization and client success. He will have overall responsibility for executing long-term business innovation and strategies that nurture, support, and reflect the Ghanian culture of the post secondary students and surrounding communities.
Kelly Morel
CEO
Kelly Morel’s profile reflects twenty-five years of extensive experience in executive leadership, strategic vision, business transformation and client acquisition/sales. He has set the overall strategy and vision for his company’s brands successfully leading teams focused on managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through strong client retention and new business. His organizational brands have successfully been serving over one million members through employer and student plans. Partnering with national and global insurers and distinguished vendors in the Canadian health and wellness market, Kelly has been an industry recognized consulting leader for employer and student insurance plans across Canada. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Kelly will be ultimately accountable for the company’s performance, including our client relationships. He will have overall responsibility for developing and executing long-term business strategies, market expansion, fostering innovation and driving growth.
